As you can see from the photos on this site, the
excesses of 70's fashion were really funny.
Flares (worse yet Loons), mens
long hair, huge collars, wide ties, platform shoes, smocks, anything sold by
Biba, tie dye, tank tops, clogs, Afghan coats and kaftans.
Having said that,
a lot of the other photos don't look that dated.
So here are a few examples
of classic 70s style.

of hits from search engines and it's probably not what they are looking for.

There's nothing much in the last two photos, to pin
down what year they were taken (1974). Actually most fashions featured here,
seem to currently be making yet another comeback. Even the really bad ideas.
